|PAUSE|
Sometimes you just have to sit with it and breathe — without chasing the next breath.
A few weeks ago, trapped in timeframes and noise, fumbling to counter the questions, I found myself blank and stuck.
Tired, broken, and exhausted — just still.
In the middle of it all, I was reminded to PAUSE, instead of trying to fix the chaos outside.
- JUST PAUSE -
When nothing makes sense,
When no answer comes,
When even trying feels heavy.
And yes the pause wasn’t easy.
I felt like I was falling behind,
Like the world kept moving and I had quietly stepped off the ride,
Carrying too many self-doubts.
And honestly,
This pause did nothing to the outside world.
The world kept moving,
The clock kept ticking at its pace,
Messages piled up.
But something in me slowed down —
Just enough to feel less heavy,
Just enough to restart calmly.
Will the pause fix everything?
No, it won't.
It won’t stop time,
It won’t erase the deadlines.
It’s not a break from life —
It’s a return to it.
It gives you just enough courage to step back in,
With a little more calm,
And a little more clarity.
Because clarity doesn’t come in chaos —
And not every question needs to be answered right away.
Sometimes, clarity needs a pause.
It waits quietly, on the other side of stillness.
The answer to the chaos isn’t always a plan.
Sometimes, all you need is a moment —
To breathe,
To pause,
To feel a little less heavy.
